Now hiring: Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for someone who can turn a stay into a memorable experience. More than a warm welcome: presence, attentive listening and the ability to anticipate what a guest wants before they ask for it.

Your role
- Welcoming guests and managing the relationship throughout their stay
- Handling bookings, availability and guest flows through our management systems (PMS/channel manager)
- Anticipating requests and proactively managing needs and issues
- Coordinating the department's daily operations and the team
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and online reviews

What we are looking for
- Experience in guest relations,



front office or hospitality roles
- Confident use of the main booking management systems
- Excellent Italian and English; a third language is a plus
- Empathy, poise and a strong service orientation
- Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a small team
- Fast problem solving and composure during peak times
