Regional Technical Support Engineer, Endoscopy | Europe
Are you the person everyone calls when they can't solve a complex endoscopy technical problem?
Mindray is looking for an exceptional Endoscopy Technical Expert to support our rapidly growing European Endoscopy business. Working across a network of approximately 40 distributors, you will be the go-to technical authority for troubleshooting, repairs, technical training, installations and escalations throughout Europe.
You will bridge the gap between local service teams, distributor engineers and Mindray's Global Technical Services organisation, helping resolve the most challenging technical issues and developing technical capability across the region.
We're looking for someone who:

- Has deep technical expertise in endoscopy equipment and systems.
- Can confidently diagnose,
troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues.
- Enjoys teaching, coaching and developing distributors and service engineers.
- Is comfortable travelling extensively across Europe to support customers and partners onsite when required.
- Has experience supporting medical devices within operating room or procedural environments.
- Brings previous clinical endoscopy knowledge or experience (highly advantageous, but not essential).
