We are looking for an experienced Head of HR & Administration (all genders) to lead our HR and Administration teams, currently consisting of 5 team members. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of driving strategic initiatives while maintaining direct oversight of critical operational activities within their departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee and develop all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management across the organization
Ensure the effective administration of payroll operations for Italy and Germany, setting standards and ensuring accuracy
Management of employment contracts for Italy and Germany, establishing best practices and ensuring compliance




Design and drive HR strategies that support and advance business goals and objectives
Safeguard legal and policy compliance, proactively monitoring adherence to labor laws and internal regulations
Champion initiatives focused on employee relations, engagement, and well‐being, fostering a positive workplace culture
Manage benefits administration and compensation strategies
Lead the development and continuous improvement of the training and development programs that promote leadership capability and employee growth
Administration
Oversee and develop daily office operations (incl. Office Management & Accounting), ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
Serve as a constructive sparring partner to our Teamlead Administration
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar position in HR & Administration, preferably within a fast‐growing company
Strong leadership skills with experience managin
