The role Join us and help shape our culture
What you'll be doing Coordinating internal communication campaigns that help colleagues understand and engage with CPI's priorities.
Creating clear,



engaging content for channels such as the intranet, newsletters, leadership updates and presentations.
Supporting major organisational announcements to ensure messaging is consistent, timely and aligned to CPI's tone of voice.
Managing and optimising internal communication channels to keep content fresh, relevant and high‐quality.
Monitoring engagement data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
Producing employer brand content for careers pages, social media, Glassdoor and Indeed.
Gathering employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to help shape engagement activity.
Building strong relationships across teams to source great stories and support communication needs.
Essential A degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR or a related field.
A genuine interest in internal communications, employer branding or employee engagement.
