We are looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruiting Operations team and lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our businesses across Italy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing multiple searches, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in an international environment. Reporting to the Regional Lead Recruiting Operations EMEA, you will work closely with Hiring Managers, People Partners and colleagues across Europe to attract and hire top talent.
What you will do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Italy, from intake meeting to offer stage.
Typically manage a portfolio of approximately 30-35 open requisitions across different business functions and levels.




Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other sourcing channels.
Create engaging job advertisements and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Conduct candidate screening and manage interview coordination.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives, career events and recruitment marketing activities.
Use Workday and recruiting technologies to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices across the EMEA region.
Support recruitment activities in other European countries when required.
