Summary: The Procurement Manager - Regional Indirect Logistics & Supply Chain manages the end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement process for Europe, Middle East and Africa with annual spend of USD $150+ Million and a supply base of 1200+ suppliers. Leads all Logistics, Plant Facilities & MRO, Utilities/Energy and CAPEX procurement activities (category and project), including strategic sourcing,
supplier management and contract management. Provide thought leadership and innovative strategies for optimizing sourcing effectiveness. Coordinate and work with global/regional stakeholders to support long-term business strategic goals. Coordinate corporate-wide teams to establish scope of work, processes, policies, and procedures to manage demand for assigned category. Establish strong supplier relationships, effectively manage category supply base, perform advanced and intricate negotiations, and oversee the selection of key suppliers. Ensure expedient and compliant implementation of new contracts. Actively monitor vendor and internal performance against contracts, industry benchmarks, and previous baselines. Develop and submit reports for Executive management. Identify and evaluate market changes and new technologies -- make appropriate fact-based recommendations. Manage and/or lead preparation and evalua
