This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who is passionate about storytelling, employee engagement, and delivering high-quality communication experiences that support business objectives and strengthen company culture.How You'll Make An ImpactSupport the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global business priorities and organizational goals.Create, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms.Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant.Coordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.Prepare communication materials for leadership,



including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content.Partner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging.Support communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Maintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration, and employee engagement.Your BackgroundMinimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.Native or near-nativ
