This is a strategic role for an accomplished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and client-centric environment, and who can balance strong legal judgment with practical business solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, bringing a deep understanding of commercial transactions, risk management, regulatory considerations,
