About the Role

Based at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina ,



the Staff House Manager is responsible for the successful pre-opening and ongoing management of all colleague accommodation provided or arranged by the hotel. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role oversees the planning, allocation, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of all staff housing, ensuring a safe, comfortable and well-managed living environment that supports colleague wellbeing, engagement and operational excellence.
As a Staff House Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Pre-Opening Responsibilities

- Support the planning, setup and opening of all colleague accommodation prior to the resort opening.
- Coordinate the preparation, furnishing and readiness of staff houses and externally leased apartments.
- Develop accommodation procedures, house rules, operating standards and allocation processes.
- Establish accommodation inventories, documentation, reporting tools and operational controls.
- Coordinate utility activa
