You will identify new market opportunities, win new customers, and build strategic relationships that contribute directly to STARTEAM's long-term success.Working closely with customers and internal teams worldwide, you will guide projects from initial opportunity identification through quotation, negotiation, and mass production launch. What You Will Do Business Development & Growth Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages. Generate and qualify leads, turning potential customers into long-term business partners. Drive customer acquisition and increase conversion rates from prospect to customer.
