As a Design Lead you will have the opportunity to be part of a team working on digital advertising for Prime Video’s original and exclusive content including Award-winning shows and movies.
Fo the Design Lead role, the candidate is required to demonstrate strong leadership in both creative and operational contexts, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results. As part of this role, you'll lead complex creative initiatives, develop cross‑site design systems, and champion process improvements that scale our creative capabilities. You'll be instrumental in establishing and maintaining design standards through comprehensive style guides and SOPs,
while mentoring teams through 1:1 sessions and training programs. You will get an opportunity to drive experimental creative projects and manage complex design initiatives from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate needs to a self‑driven problem solver who can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, while demonstrating strong leadership in cross‑functional environments.
Drive design consistency and quality standards globally across Prime Video's marketing channels
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and SOPs while partnering with management
Oversee complex, high‑priority and AdHoc design requests
Review and approve creative mocks and decks ensuring adherence to PV design standards (within design production)
Build and influence relationships across multiple teams including QA, Producers, Managers, Art Directors, and visual designers
Coordinate with art direct
