In this role you will lead strategic Medical Affairs initiatives that shape clinical practice and improve patient outcomes. You'll work across global and regional teams to translate scientific insights into actionable programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based execution. The position offers collaboration with Clinical and Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, Health Economics, and others, with travel to support meetings and strategic initiatives. You will drive governance, KPIs, and communications to enable safe and effective use of Medtronic therapies.

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Medical Affairs programs and strategic initiatives
Partner with Medical Affairs leaders to translate scientific and business objectives into actionable project plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Develop and maintain program timelines, risk management plans, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
Support evidence generation, scientific communication, publication planning, and educational activities
Facilitate governance processes, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making across global and regional teams
Identify opportunities to improve Medical Affairs processes, tools, and ways of working
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related discipline
Significant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences environments
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
Strong project and program management skills including planning, risk management, and execution
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
Proficiency in developing and tracking KPIs and communicating progress to leadership
Willingness to travel internationally (>60%)
