We're looking for a Transportation Senior Specialist to oversee transportation operations across Italy, ensuring reliable deliveries, strong carrier partnerships, cost efficiency, and continuous service improvement. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic international environment.You'll take ownership of transportation operations across Italy, ensuring customer, retail, and marketplace deliveries are executed efficiently and on time.
You'll manage transport partners, monitor service performance, control transportation budgets, and identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and reduce costs. Working closely with Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and external carriers, you'll help drive operational excellence while proactively resolving delivery issues and mitigating potential risks.
