UniCredit is seeking an experienced Digital Product Specialist - SAP HCM to lead the SAP HCM delivery for Germany. You will act as the technical owner, ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimal system performance while coordinating with P&C; and IT teams.
In this senior role, you will implement changes, manage incidents, and partner with SAP Basis to monitor interfaces. Fluent German and proficient English are required, with a banking/financial services background preferred.
