Arborina Relais, located in La Morra, Italy, seeks an experienced Sommelier Maitre to oversee wine experiences remotely. You will curate wine selections, advise guests on pairings, and help develop wine lists that reflect Barolo region in harmony with our gastronomy-focused concept.
Collaborate with the F&B; team to integrate wine into menus, train staff remotely, and drive wine/hospitality package sales while maintaining inventories and product details using digital tools for on-site teams.
