Mavenir is seeking an experienced Field/Support Engineer to provide on-site installation and diagnostics for complex equipment and systems. You will guide customers in operation and maintenance, serving as liaison for administrative and technical matters on assigned projects.
Key duties include deploying products, troubleshooting, log analysis, coordinating with sales and engineering, and contributing to product improvements. Foreign travel may be required; on-call duties apply.
