Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Ferno near Malpensa seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead talent strategy for the property and to align HR programs with brand objectives. The role reports to the General Manager with functional dotted-line to Regional Senior Director of HR.
You will own talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and development, coach managers, and optimize HR processes with technology to drive business results.
