In this role you will build and industrialize technical capabilities to accelerate AI initiatives for the enterprise. You will design GenAI solutions, AI agents, and intelligent workflows that integrate with core systems to enable scalable, reusable capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with Architecture, Security, and Data Management to ensure robust, compliant delivery. This position offers the chance to explore new AI technologies and shape reusable frameworks that drive business impact.

- Develop enterprise GenAI solutions
- Build AI agents and intelligent workflows
- Integrate with enterprise platforms and systems
- Implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows
- Provide technical support to business initiatives
- Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies
- Define reusable frameworks and accelerators
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Management
- Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, xivgfpx and GenAI technologies
- Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks
- Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC)
- Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms
- Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices
