Every new country Keytom opens in starts with one thing: a licence. That's where you come in.

We're building one app to hold, spend, send, and exchange crypto and cash, already working across 150+ countries. The next stage of that is turning "not available in your region yet" into "live", and that runs through regulators. So we're hiring a
Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Manager
to lead it.

What you'll own
- Our licensing strategy across multiple jurisdictions: EMI, PI, MSB, MTL, VASP/CASP, MiCA and more.
- The full lifecycle, from jurisdiction assessment and strategy to application, approval, and ongoing maintenance.
- The relationships that make it happen: regulators, supervisory authorities, external counsel, and licensing partners.
- The applications, business plans, policies, and documentation that get us approved and keep us compliant.
- Close work with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Ops to stand up regulated entities in new markets.

What you bring
- 5+ years in regulated fintech,



payments, PSP, EMI, digital banking, or crypto.
- Hands-on experience obtaining and managing financial licences under real frameworks (EMI, PI, MSB, MTL, VASP/CASP, MiCA).
- Direct experience with regulators, from the first conversation to approval, across multiple jurisdictions.
- A strong grip on payment infrastructure (PSPs, acquiring, issuing, IBAN, SEPA, SWIFT, safeguarding, settlements) plus AML, KYC, governance, capital adequacy, and reporting.
- The project management and stakeholder skills to own complex licensing end to end.
