Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product Manager
to join our Product Team. You will be a driving force behind the development and success of Sphere, our platform that allows clients to interact autonomously with MDOTM's Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define our product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the
product vision, strategy, and roadmap
, based on business goals, customer value, and resource constraints.
- Implement and adapt
agile methodologies
across the product development process.
- Work closely with our engineering, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on
industry trends
, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Champion user-centricity and ensure that our product provides exceptional
user experiences.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain streamlined documentation that supports quick decision-making and minimizes bureaucracy.
Skills Required
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of
product management experience
, preferably in a startup environment related to financial and/or technology-related projects
- Strong understanding of
agile methodologies
and the ability to adapt them
- Proficiency in
