GioGio is building faster, fairer payout infrastructure for creators, freelancers, and digital workers worldwide. The company focuses on reducing payout delays that can lead to higher fees, poor conversion rates, and exposure to unstable local currencies. By researching and leveraging stablecoin-based payment rails, GioGio aims to make payouts faster, cheaper, and easier to use, without requiring users to be experts in crypto. Currently in an early stage, the team is concentrating on user research, pain points in emerging markets, and designing a better payout experience tailored to internet workers. Role Description
The Videomaker will work tempo pieno on-site in Bergamo, creating video content that explains GioGio’s mission, products, and user stories in clear and compelling ways. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scripting video concepts, filming interviews and product demos, capturing b-roll,



and producing short- and long-form content for web, social media, and presentations. The role involves editing footage, adding motion graphics, sound design, and subtitles, and optimizing videos for different platforms and audiences. The Videomaker will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and research teams to translate complex topics like payouts and stablecoins into accessible visual narratives. This role also includes maintaining a consistent visual style, managing video assets, and contributing creative ideas to support campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).
