within the
Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention
department of
Underwriting

You will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate property risks, while sharing best practices and risk improvement recommendations to enhance risk quality, increase clients' resilience and support profitable underwriting.

You will contribute to the implementation of the global strategy, supporting business objectives and portfolio quality targets.

Main tasks:
- Perform on-site risk engineering surveys and desk reviews for the
Property Line of Business
, supporting both domestic and multinational clients and effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review risk engineering reports, including assessment findings and mitigation recommendations, supporting clients throughout their risk management journey.

Requirements





The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Engineering
- At least
7
years of experience as a Property Risk Engineer within multinational organizations
- Proven knowledge of key NFPA fire protection
- Experience in reviewing and evaluating fire protection system projects
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in an international context environment; fluency in English and Italian is required
- Analytical mindset, good communication and planning skills
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently
