Job Overview

Steady Stake LLC is looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our software engineering team in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering team meetings and schedules.
- Maintain project documents, meeting notes, and shared files.
- Track action items, deadlines, and team follow-ups.
- Assist engineers with routine administrative and organizational tasks.
- Update internal records and project information.
- Organize team communications and scheduling requests.
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets when needed.

Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using online collaboration and office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting a technical or software team is a plus.

Job Type: Tempo parziale

Pay: €23.00 - €33.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
