We are currently looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join us at our facility in Cavenago, Italy.
In this role, the resource will be the primary remote point of contact for our clients, managing the complete inside sales cycle for our industrial coating solutions (architectural). The resource will blend commercial drive with technical curiosity, guiding business-to-business clients to the right coating specifications while driving revenue growth.
Qualify incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to the right BU to identify new business.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate powder chemistry (epoxy, polyester, hybrid) and finishes based on their specific application and durability needs.




Prepare accurate price estimates and issue formal commercial proposals based on demand or client specifications.
CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain precise logs of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using our SFDC system.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different Axalta functions (CSR, BO, lab, supply chain) in order to fullfil Customer requests.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Support within an industrial, chemical, or manufacturing sector (prior experience in powder coating, liquid paints, or surface finishing is highly preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic technical specifications, blueprints, or engineering drawings, with a willingness to learn the chemistry of powder coating.
Professional, clear, and persuasive communication skills over the phone and via email.
