Join our team as an Intern to support our Client Support with daily activities, such as manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, and providing outstanding support to Markit clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cline support while adhering to our ‘Helping Clients Succeed’ philosophy.

Based on your performance, results, and alignment with our company’s core values, there is the possibility for this internship to evolve into a full-time position.

Internship details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Milan (On-site)
- Monthly Expense Reimbursement: €800 + ticket restaurants

You might be a great fit if you:
- Excellent command in English (B2 or higher) and Italian (C1 or higher)
- Strong commitment to learning and growth
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive, proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Interest in IT would be a premio

Job responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to Markit clients.




- Manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Master our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty processing.
- Communicate effectively with partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
