Jobgether is seeking a Founding Product Marketing Manager in Italy to build and lead a new PMM function for an AI-native B2B SaaS product. You will shape positioning, messaging, launches, and GTM strategy, working with executive, product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to turn product innovation into commercial value.

You will establish processes, metrics, and rhythms that enable PMM to scale, and as the founding hire, influence growth, revenue, and the future of the function.
