Your new responsibilities
- Company‑wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments




- Lead design of high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuits
- Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures
- Lead technical reviews and sign‑off decisions
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders

Who we are looking for
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years analog IC design experience
- Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front‑end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
- PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
- Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic‑aware design analysis
- Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD‑SOI, is required
