Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities Exceed sales and profitability targets Deliver sales and profitability through key metrics: sales, conversion & unit per transaction Deploy resource to match skill/experience & customer requirements Adopt tools & processes to improve employee efficiency & increase productivity Understand and support budgetary requirements to increase the store profitability Manage & maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees Maintain compliance of all company policy & procedures including health and safety and employment legislation Partner with the operations manager and implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance Leadership Manage and inspire the team to deliver results by driving the RL Selling Culture Communicate, engage and energize the team to maximize performance service metrics e.g. employee survey, forsee res
