Having built strong operations in Spain, we are now expanding our mortgage services into Italy. Our goal is to make the mortgage journey simpler, faster and more transparent for homebuyers, while building a trusted brand in a new European market . We are growing quickly, and Italy is a key part of what comes next. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing to join us on the ground in Italy and help us launch, grow and establish Huspy's mortgage brand in the market. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up . You will help drive brand awareness, generate qualified mortgage leads, localise campaigns,
create content, support partnerships and bring marketing ideas to life in the Italian market. You will report to the Mortgages Marketing Manager in Spain and follow the wider marketing strategy, while bringing local knowledge, market insight and executional energy to Italy. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, curious and ready to grow within the company. You will not just manage campaigns from a distance; you will be close to the market, close to the customer and close to the action .
