As License Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for establishing and growing Stranger Soccer in Milan. You will oversee daily operations while building a strong, engaged football community.

What You’ll Do
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Milan
- Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
- Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and tempo parziale staff
- Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
- Continuously improve and scale operations
