About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Head of Legal to lead our legal department and safeguard our operations across all countries of operation.
In this role,
you will be the ultimate guardian of our legal compliance and corporate governance, while actively managing our litigation portfolio. This is a role for a pragmatic, sharp legal expert who thrives on solving complex business problems, mitigating risks, and leading the compliance & governance agenda.
Requirements
Compliance & Corporate Governance
- Drive Compliance: Ensure total compliance with international regulations (including GDPR and privacy laws) across all operating countries, leveraging both internal talent and external counsel
- Corporate Governance: Optimize Group governance, ensuring all secretarial, board, and regulatory requirements and deadlines are met flawlessly
- Risk & Insurance: Manage business and corporate insurance policies, balancing risk appetite with cost-efficiency to advise the Board, CEO, and CFO
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Civil Litigation Management: Actively oversee and m
