Job Description
- Define and implement strategies to drive growth in the Energy & Natural Resources sector in Italy.
- Oversee operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control for the department.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance its presence in the market.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s global strategy and sustainability goals.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Italy should have:
- Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Italian and international energy markets and regulations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
