We are currently looking for a Commercial Controller to join our dynamic finance team based in Milan. Reporting directly to the Commercial Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
How you will contribute:
- Act as the Finance business partner for the Sales organization, serving as the main finance point of contact for all commercial and sales-related topics;
- Lead the consolidation of financial inputs from local Shared Service Centers, Demand Planning and Commercial teams to prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets and long-term strategic plans;
- Manage the rolling financial sales planning process, ensuring alignment across functions and providing meaningful financial insights to senior leadership;
- Supervise sales reporting activities and ensure consistency and accuracy of commercial financial reporting;
- Lead the monthly commercial and store cost controlling process, partnering with Regional Finance Controllers to analyze variances versus budget and forecast, identify key business drivers, and recommend corrective actions where appropriate;
