The Role
Our commercial organisation has outgrown its processes. We need someone to own Revenue Operations end to end and build the operating system that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success run on: a clean CRM,



reliable pipeline and forecasting data, dashboards leadership actually trusts, and workflows that scale without turning into bureaucracy.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will not be handed a playbook — you will write it. You will design the processes, build them in the tools, drive adoption with the teams who use them, and automate everything that does not need a human. ?️ What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise the end-to-end Revenue Operations function across the customer lifecycle
- Administer and continuously improve our CRM and revenue tech stack (Pipedrive today, plus surrounding tooling)
- Design scalable processes that increase efficiency without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
- Build dashboards, reports and forecasting models that leadership uses to make decisions
- Safeguard CRM data
