WHO WE ARE
Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Core activities . You will interview client stakeholders, run structured workshops, and translate business priorities into concrete AI use cases. You will collect functional and technical requirements, assess where relevant data sits and how ready it is for model development, and determine whether a specialized generative model is needed and how it should be developed through the Reply Model Factory across training, pretraining,



or post-training paths.
- Tech & Tools Stack. You will work across the lifecycle of specialized Generative AI solutions, from use-case framing and model strategy to dataset definition, experimentation, evaluation, and model adaptation. You will collaborate with teams working on foundation models, pretraining, training, and post-training workflows, evaluation frameworks, cloud environments, and the Reply Model Factory to shape scalable, production-minded AI solutions.
- Team work . You will work closely with client stakeholders, strategists, designers, data scientists, and engineers in cross-functional teams, combining business understanding with technical judgment. We value structured collaboration, clear communication, and continuous learning, including access to the MIT xPRO course Designing and Building AI Products and Services.
