Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Manage the co-ordination of the Mechanical work packages including subcontractor onboarding, EHS, QAQC, schedule, design & handover.
- Management of site safety in conjunction with the contractors, Project Operations Manager & Mercury EHS Lead, including set up, management of and closing out of the subcontractors files.
- Management of Site QA in conjunction with the contractors, Mercury Project Operations Manager and QAQC lead including set up, management and close out of the subcontractors files.
- Management of the project schedule in conjunction with the contractors, site planner, project managers and consulting engineer/Architect to Mercury Engineering and client requirements.
- Management of all commercial aspects associated with the package with the support of the project QS including:
- Labour
- Material
- Plant and Equipment
- Variations
- Valuations
- Management of all day-to-day site operations
