Other tasks are:
- Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership, empowering team members to perform at their best by valuing diverse strengths, perspectives, and experiences.
- Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests.
- Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational directives.




- Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control.
- Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills.
- Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner.
- Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to lead and work within a team, you will bring the motivation and professionalism expected from an experienced Captain.
- EASA ATPL (A) License
- Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
- Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a Captain in airline operations
- Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
- Passport with unlimited validit
