Descrizione Lavoro
- Support Wealth Managers in the management and development of client relationships.
- Ensure a high level of client service by handling daily requests, account administration, and operational queries.
- Prepare investment proposals, portfolio reviews, presentations, and reporting materials for client meetings.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including KYC, AML, regulatory documentation, and account opening procedures.
- Monitor client portfolios and assist in implementing investment strategies and recommendations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including investment advisory, compliance, risk management, credit, and operations teams.




- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Competenze ed esperienza
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management services.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC, AML, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
