Financial Performance Controlling Lead

We are looking for a Financial Performance Controlling Lead to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
The role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support business leaders in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives
- Develop financial analyses and business cases to support productivity and cost optimization projects
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, customer profitability, product platform profitability and margin evolution
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities
- Drive cross-functional financial analysis across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions
- Lead Working Capital optmisation initiatives and monitor performance against targets
- Support monthly business performance reviews with management teams




- Perform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support decision-making
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management presentations
- Support in internal and external audit activities
- Partecipate in monthly closing and reporting processes
- Promote financial discipline, process improvements and best practises across the organization

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience within structured international organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics , Finance or Management Engineering .
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or AS400 .
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
