Your Mission:
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Team at our HQ in Milan Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager EMEA,
you will transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger customer experiences and sustainable eCommerce growth across the region. Working at the intersection of analytics, digital commerce and business strategy, you will identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and retention, helping maximize performance across the customer journey. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data, experimentation and AI-powered tools to unlock growth opportunities and support the evolution of our digital business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own digital performance analysis and reporting across B2C and B2B channels in the EMEA region, transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability and customer value.
- Monitor and optimize key eCommerce and B2B KPIs across the customer journey, including traffic, product views, product clicks, add to cart, checkout steps, conversion rate, average ord
