Your Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Corporate Security team. The intern will provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the team, contributing to ongoing security projects, audit activities, data quality initiatives and documentation updates.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to corporate security processes within an international environment while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
How you will contribute
- Review the completeness and consistency of security checklists and control tools (e.g., B2B EMEA Road, Event Security and Corporate Security) and support the team in identifying missing information or discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support for audit planning activities, including monitoring timelines, collecting and sharing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agreed deadlines
- Review audit checklists and assist with the upload and organization of historical checklists within the Audit App
- Support data analysis and data quality activities by helping maintain, consolidate and validate information related to incidents, Arthur files and stock related projects
