We’re looking for a curious, analytical and creative Product Innovation Specialist to help shape our future product launches and build products consumers fall in love with. You will own the product development process from concept to launch: you’ll be responsible for identifying innovation opportunities, scouting and coordinating suppliers, managing product development, defining pricing and positioning, and leading go-to-market activities, reporting directly to the CEO and cooperating closely with the marketing and sales team.





This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Product Innovation & Development

- Research global beauty and consumer trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Develop new product concepts, collections, seasonal launches and limited editions
- Own and execute the end-to-end product development process, from concept and briefing through formulation, testing, approvals, and final launch
- Improve existing products through formula updates, packaging improvements and assortment optimization
- Prepare detailed product development briefs for manufacturers and packaging suppliers, including product vision, target consumer, technical requirements, positioning, pricing objectives and timing

Supplier Management & Product Testing

- Lead testing and compliance, managing third-party efficacy testing, ingredient lists, art
