Within this mission, the Technology Transfer Office transforms Human Technopole’s scientific excellence into societal and economic impact. Operating at the intersection of science, innovation and business, the office drives research translation through intellectual property management, venture creation, licensing and strategic partnerships with industry and investors, while fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the institute.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to establish and lead Human Technopole’s Technology Transfer Office. In this newly created role, you will build the function from the ground up, working closely with researchers,
institutional leadership, industry and investors to translate scientific discoveries into real-world impact through licensing, spin-outs and strategic partnerships. Combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, you will help shape Human Technopole’s innovation ecosystem.
Your mission
- Establish and lead Human Technopole’s Technology Transfer Office, defining its strategy, operating model and policies while fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Identify and translate high-potential research into commercial opportunities through intellectual property, patent strategy, licensing and venture creation.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with researchers, industry partners, investors and the broader innovation ecosystem to maximise the impact of Human Technopole’s research.
- Represent Human Technopole nationally and internationally, promoting best practices in technology
