This is what you will do The International Markets Development Division (IMDD) is responsible for expanding and managing Chiesi’s operations in international markets. The Portfolio Operations & Launch Excellence Manager supports the Lifecycle Management & Launch Excellence function by providing operational, analytical and governance support across Lifecycle Management, Launch Excellence, Geo‑Expansion and strategic business initiatives.
You will be responsible for Strategic Business Operations & Analytical Support
- Consolidate LTP assumptions, forecasts, and market projections across business units and partners.
- Support profitability analyses, business case development, portfolio reviews and strategic assessments.
- Prepare analyses, reports, presentations and recommendations for portfolio discussions, business reviews and management decision‑making.
- Monitor progress against agreed project deliverables and ensure timely completion of actions across stakeholders.
Launch Excellence & Post‑Launch Governance Support
- Maintain and update launch readiness plans for priority launches, tracking key activities, milestones, owners and timelines.
- Consolidate launch and post‑launch performance data from business units, partners, BI & ComEx, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain launch KPI dashboards and support monitoring of launch performance.
- Support preparation of launch governance meetings, launch reviews and post‑launch performance assessments.
