Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant, where you will directly support our CEO and CFO in a high-visibility international environment. Imagine taking on a role that goes beyond traditional secretarial duties, allowing you to actively contribute to strategic initiatives and develop your project management skills. You will engage closely with top management, ensuring that every detail is meticulously organized and every meeting is impactful. Your contributions will not only streamline operations but also enhance our corporate culture of compliance and integrity.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will manage the strategic calendar for the management team, focusing on priorities and impactful engagements.
- Organize and facilitate results-oriented meetings and workshops, preparing materials and ensuring structured follow-ups.
- Collaborate in the design and creation of presentations for various stakeholders, enhancing communication and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on an international level,



ensuring effective collaboration.
- Oversee travel arrangements and manage expense reports, ensuring smooth logistics for the management team.

What You Bring
- You have experience as an Executive or Management Assistant in international settings.
- Your digital skills are top-notch, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- You possess a foundational understanding of administrative topics, including tax and customs matters (Intrastat, VAT).
- Your soft skills shine through with excellent communication, organizational abilities, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- You are fluent in both Italian and English, with a proficiency level of B2-C1.
