As a Sales Engineer Gauging within the Production Process & Analytics (PPA) business unit of the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role in driving commercial success across our Quality Control Systems portfolio.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships across assigned industrial markets and territory.



Reporting to the Global Commercial Leader, you will execute strategic sales initiatives, identify opportunities for market expansion, and deliver value-driven solutions that help customers improve their manufacturing processes.
Your technical expertise, consultative selling approach, and ability to build lasting customer partnerships will be essential in achieving sales objectives and supporting the continued growth and profitability of the business.
A Day in the Life:
- Achieve assigned bookings, revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through quotation, negotiation and closing.
- Identify AI-enabled solutions and digital services to support business growth and deliver measurable customer value.
