We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the full-funnel marketing strategies of our brand partners, playing a key role in accelerating the growth of their businesses.

We are looking for someone with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills, who can act as a trusted advisor to our brand partners, building strong client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies and measurable business results.

What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end full-funnel marketing strategy for one or more international fashion and luxury brands, defining acquisition, conversion, and retention plans aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the brand partner, leading strategic discussions, business reviews, presentations, and day-to-day communications with a true agency consulting approach.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and seasonal marketing roadmaps,



ensuring marketing initiatives support commercial priorities and business targets.
- Manage marketing budgets across channels and markets, optimizing investments to maximize business impact and marketing efficiency.
- Coordinate internal channel specialists (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, Affiliate, Display, and other acquisition channels), ensuring all activities contribute to a cohesive full-funnel strategy.
- Partner closely with the Ecommerce and Online Store Management teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial calendars, merchandising priorities, product launches, promotional activities, and overall business performance.
- Monitor business and marketing performance, identifying opportunities and translating data into actionable recommendations to improve traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.
