We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Leader to drive regional growth, commercial excellence, and strategic execution within our traction systems business. This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.What you will do:Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectivesDrive sales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiativesLead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across the regionOptimize pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance competitivenessAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunitiesBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partnersEnsure excellence in project execution and customer deliveryLead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support)Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration,
and continuous improvementWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus10+ years of experience in traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrificationStrong background in off-highway and commercial vehicle applicationsProven experience in regional or business unit leadership rolesSolid commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExperience leading international, cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and customer engagement skillsFluent English; additional languages are an advantageBe part of a global leader in motor and drive technologiesWork on cutting-edge electrification solutions shaping the future of mobilityAccess to worldwide resources and a strong innovation networkOpportunity to make a strategic impact at regional levelReady to lead growth in EMEA?
