From day one, you will gain hands‐on experience and grow your skills in technical support in the field of material management, supporting our Motorsport factories (Romania, Turkey and Brasil). /ppThe role welcomes motivated and adaptable recent graduates who are ready to contribute to operation management in a dynamic industrial setting. /ph3WHAT YOU WILL LEARN /h3ulliCollecting demand for materials based on monthly production forecast; /liliDefining intercompany material production plan according to available capacity,



managing constrains and possible bottlenecks; /liliMonitoring on weekly base the intercompany flow in order to ensure material availability for the productions. /liliSupporting materials stock management together with logistic and suppliers. /liliImproving and developing digital app and tools for easing material management. /liliSupport the analysis and reporting of CAPTT and OEE data, ensuring accuracy and the timely availability of Industrial Engineering performance indicators. /li /ulh3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliA degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management or related discipline. /liliStrong ability to work with datasets and manipulate numerical information reliably. /liliAnalytical skills /liliHigh attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting. /liliAbility to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and workflows. /liliProficiency in written and spoken English. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python also recommended /li /ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer and this search is open to all individuals, in compliance with the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
