Baccarat Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the pre-opening of its first European luxury hotel in Rome and to oversee ongoing engineering operations once opened.The role requires a leader who can build the engineering department from the ground up, recruit and mentor a team, commission building services, manage defects and contractor relationships, and implement preventative maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
